Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager for a major Dublin project on a permanent basis. You will lead day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and manage programme delivery to ensure safety, quality and on-time completion.

The role requires 5+ years in site management with a main contractor background and construction qualifications. A competitive package including €80,000–€95,000 salary and company benefits is on offer.

They are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a major Dublin project.

About Your New Role

As Site Manager, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day management and coordination of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily site operations
• Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
