Job summary

STRIVE Search is seeking a qualified Site Manager for a residential development in Wexford, working with a Main Contractor. You will oversee daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors and trades, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in construction with hands-on site management and a relevant qualification. A company vehicle is provided, and salary is advertised at competitive market level for the region.

Our client is an established Main Contractor who is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team, working on a residential development in Wexford.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors and trades.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Maintain high Health & Safety and quality standards.
• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
