Job summary

ICDS (UK) Ltd in Wexford, Ireland, is seeking an experienced Site Foreman / Site Manager to lead a residential development. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.

You will read drawings, monitor progress, liaise with the Project Manager and design team, and maintain site records. The role requires strong leadership, practical construction knowledge, and a commitment to quality and safety

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Foreman, Site Manager or similar within construction.
• Experience delivering residential or housing developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing and site coordination.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain quality standards.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant construction qualifications and valid Safe Pass.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman / Site Manager to join a growing construction team on a residential development in Wexford.

This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with experience in housing projects to oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
