Job summary

Conack in Westport is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a construction project. You will take full ownership of site operations, managing teams and subcontractors while ensuring a high-quality project is safely completed on time and within budget.

The role requires 5+ years in site management, a strong background in construction site leadership, and proven ability to coordinate on-site teams and stakeholders across Ireland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a Site Manager role or similar.
• Strong background in construction site management.
• Experience managing on-site teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent organisation and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in Ireland.
• Experience delivering construction projects in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations from start through to completion.
• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Monitor site progress, quality, and programme schedules.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and compliance.
• Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Resolve on-site issues efficiently to keep the project on track.
• Ensure all works are carried out in line with drawings and specifications.
