An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established construction business delivering high-quality projects across Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager looking to take ownership of a project, lead site operations and work alongside an experienced project team on a high-profile construction project.
You will play a key role in driving the project from site start through to completion, with responsibility for programme, quality, Health & Safety, subcontractor coordination and the effective management of all day-to-day site activities.

Key responsibilities will include
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the construction site.
- Leading and coordinating subcontractors, site teams and suppliers.
- Driving the construction programme and ensuring key milestones are achieved.
- Coordinating labour, materials, plant and site logistics.
- Monitoring workmanship and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety and environmental requirements.
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and construction details.
- Identifying and resolving technical and operational issues on site.
- Working closely with the Project Manager, design team, consultants and client representatives.
- Attending site meetings and providing regular progress updates.
- Managing snagging and ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
- Maintaining accurate site records and project documentation.
- Ensuring the project is delivered efficiently, safely and within the agreed programme.
About You
We are looking for an experienced construction professional with a strong track record of delivering projects on site.
You will ideally have:
Qualifications and experience
- 5+ years' experience in a Site Manager or similar position.
- A relevant construction, engineering or trade qualification.
- Strong experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, sequencing and site operations.
- A strong understanding of Health & Safety and Irish Building Regulations.
- Proven experience working to demanding construction programmes.
- Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
- The ability to take ownership, make decisions and drive a project forward.
- Experience working with a main contractor and/or subcontractors.
Previous experience delivering projects in Dublin would be highly advantageous.
