Job summary

Samsic Facility Ireland seeks a Site Cleaning Manager to lead a high-profile on-site cleaning operation at a prestigious Dublin venue. You will oversee Supervisors and Cleaning Operatives, drive KPI/SLA performance, manage budgets and staffing, and ensure health & safety compliance while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Cleaning Services Management role.
• Strong people management and client relationship skills.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety and cleaning industry standards.
• Flexibility to work within a 5 out of 7-day rota.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Supervisors and Cleaning Operatives across the client's 5-star venue.
• Ensure delivery of all KPI's, SLA's, and service desk requirements in line with contractual obligations.
• Manage site cleaning budgets, including labour, materials, equipment, and consumables.
• Prepare and manage weekly staff rosters in line with operational requirements and budget controls.
• Ensure accurate recording and management within the time and attendance system.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
• Ensure all staff receive required company and client induction and training programmes.
• Represent the cleaning department at operational meetings, audits, and training sessions.
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety compliance and ensure safe systems of work are implemented.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and support client retention strategies.
• Provide monthly operational reports to the Key Account Manager outlining activity, progress, and any operational issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site and cleaning operation.

Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Samsic Facility for the role of Site Cleaning Manager. This position will be based at a prestigious 5-star venue in Dublin City and offers the opportunity to lead and manage a dynamic on-site cleaning operation within a high-profile client environment.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional with a strong background in cleaning services management and client relationship management. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day cleaning operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service standards, operational excellence, and full compliance with health & safety requirements.

This is a key leadership role requiring strong people management skills, financial awareness, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced and demanding environment.
