Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team at a prestigious corporate client site in Leopardstown. • Previous experience in a cleaning or facilities environment is desirable but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of work.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A flexible and proactive approach to daily tasks.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across office spaces, meeting rooms, communal areas, and washroom facilities.
• Carry out scheduled cleaning tasks in line with site specifications and service level agreements.
• Ensure all areas are presented to a professional corporate standard at all times.
• Respond promptly to ad hoc cleaning requests and support operational needs as required.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Use cleaning equipment and materials safely and efficiently.
