Job summary

EireVolt Energy is seeking a Site Manager to oversee installation activities across designated sites in Ireland. The role focuses on safety, quality, schedule adherence and efficient coordination of labour, materials and subcontractors.

You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company procedures, liaising with clients and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of site operations, materials, subcontractors and project schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and measurements.
• Good knowledge of site health and safety requirements.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently while reporting effectively to management.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and relevant project/documentation systems.
• CAD or technical drawing experience is an advantage.

• Monitor project programmes, progress, costs and resource requirements.

• Review drawings, specifications, measurements and project requirements.
• Resolve site issues, variations and operational difficulties.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure required quality standards are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and company procedures.
• Carry out site inspections and maintain project, safety, quality and progress records.
• Coordinate completion, snagging and handover of works.

Cavan.EireVolt Energy is an established renewable energy company specialising in solar PV and electrical solutions for homes, businesses and farms. The successful candidates will work across assigned sites, installing solar PV systems and carrying out associated electrical works. They will ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule and to the required quality and regulatory standards.
