The Senior Site Civil Engineer / Site Manager role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of Contractors undertaking civil works contracts on largescale generation projects as it delivers on its Net Zero 2040 strategy.
The successful candidate will initially be assigned to a renewablesolarproject construction site located intheSoutheastof Irelandfor an expected duration of6months and thereafter willwork on further largescale generation construction sites, with opportunities including but not limited to Thermal OCGT, Solar Projects and Demolition/Controlled Dismantling of existing Generation Power Station assets. The projects in Ireland arelocatedthroughout the country.
The successful candidate willbe responsible forensuring project contracts are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, environmental and planning compliance as well as commercial and contract adherence. The role also involvesassisting with the mentoring and professional development of junior staff.
The role will involve full-time assignment to the particular project site.

The base location associated with this role for the successful candidate will be EMP Offices at The Sidings Building, Dublin 2 or Eastgate, Little Island, Cork.

The successful candidate will report to the Manager, Construction, Commercial, and Contracts Group within Generation Engineering Delivery.
