Job summary

Solutions Driven Health & Safety Consultancy is seeking a hands-on Health & Safety Consultant for Cork / Munster. This role requires regular site travel across the region and offers a clear path to progression within a growing core team.

You will deliver inductions, inspections, and audits, act as PSCS representative, and prepare risk assessments and safety documentation for diverse projects, while benefiting from in-house IOSH training and mentoring.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Health & Safety Consultant or Safety Officer.
• Diploma or higher in Health & Safety (or nearing completion).
• Solid knowledge of Irish construction safety regulations and PSCS duties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver site inductions, inspections and audits.
• Act as PSCS representative on live projects.
• Prepare risk assessments, method statements and safety documentation.
• Liaise with clients and coordinate contractors.
• Support safety management systems and compliance.
• Take part in structured mentoring and ongoing CPD.
