The role involves leading investigations into incidents, coordinating safety communications, and supporting training and inductions across projects

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits and RAMS updates.
• Monitor compliance with Irish health and safety legislation and company procedures.
• Assist with risk assessments, method statements, safety plans and training.
• Investigate accidents and near-misses and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain records of inspections, incidents, trainings and corrective actions.
• Support inductions, toolbox talks and safety briefings for staff and contractors.
