Job summary

Dynamic Safety Solutions is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to support a diverse portfolio of client sites across Ireland. You will ensure compliance with Irish legislation, promote a positive safety culture, and deliver practical safety solutions for real-world risks on a range of projects.

The role requires carrying out audits, inspections, and risk assessments, developing RAMS and safety documentation, plus delivering toolbox talks and training as needed.

Qualifications

• Health & Safety qualifications required.
• Experience as a Health & Safety Advisor/Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Irish health and safety legislation.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections and risk assessments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong report writing and administrative abilities.
• Proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
• Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent health and safety advice to clients across multiple sectors.
• Carry out workplace inspections, audits and risk assessments.
• Produce and review RAMS, policies and safety documentation.
• Support clients in achieving and maintaining legislative compliance.
• Deliver toolbox talks, inductions and safety training where required.
• Investigate incidents and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence.
• Build strong client relationships through regular site visits and ongoing support.
• Keep up to date with Irish health and safety legislation and industry best practice.
