EMAR GROUNDWORKS SERVICES LIMITED is seeking a Foreperson to lead on-site teams in our Irish construction projects. You will schedule, coordinate, and supervise workers and subcontractors, ensure tasks are completed safely, on time, and within budget, and manage equipment and materials.

You will ensure compliance with company and legal regulations, monitor daily site activities, record work performed, and liaise with managers and contractors to resolve operational challenges and staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervising and coordinating the activities of workers and/or subcontractors.
• Establishing and monitoring work schedules to meet productivity goals.
• Supervising and training workers.
• Ensuring that all safety precautions and quality standards are met.
• Supervising the use of machinery and equipment.
• Resolving issues as they arise.
• Liaising with managers and contractors to address operational challenges.
• Determining or recommending staffing and other needs to meet productivity requirements.
