Job summary

Link-Force Ltd, a busy Dublin construction team, is seeking an experienced Groundworker Foreman to lead groundworks on a Dublin 8 site. You will supervise strip foundations, trenching, and all groundworks activities, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will manage site crews, plan daily operations, and maintain a safe working environment throughout the project. A proactive leader with strong communication and organisational skills is required to drive performance on site.

Qualifications

• Valid Safepass and manual handling certification.
• SSSP or equivalent supervisor safety qualification.
• Proven experience in overseeing strip foundations, trenching, and groundworks operations.
• Comprehensive understanding of groundworks and site safety standards.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate site personnel effectively.
• Strong organisational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
