Job summary

AA Euro Group is seeking a Foreman to lead large-scale infrastructure sites across Ireland. The role involves managing a high-headcount workforce and subcontractors, ensuring daily site operations, and delivering production targets while maintaining quality.

You will drive health & safety procedures, coordinate subcontractor programmes, and keep projects on time and within budget. Strong communication, time management, and on-site construction expertise are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven extensive experience in the role of construction site finishing foreperson.
• Strong time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of the construction industry and working on site.
• Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency and meet challenging work goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large scale, high headcount construction sites & sub-contractors.
• Responsible for the day to day managing of the site.
• Maintain a constant drive to achieve production outputs in order to meet targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Support & manage project in line with the agreed production targets.
• Manage the workflow of sub-contractors ensuring they are in line with the programme of works on site.
• Agree sub-contractors long term and short-term programme and monitor performance.
• Implement Health & Safety procedures.
• Contribute to the delivery of the project on time and within budget.
