Careeriser-Limited in Cork is seeking a General Foreman responsible for overseeing the full building project lifecycle from site setup to delivery, while maintaining strict control over safety, quality, schedule and budget.

You will lead all trades on site, coordinate daily activities, review drawings and specs, and drive on-site performance to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required standard.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of direct experience with a Main Contractor.
• Experience overseeing site operations from setup to delivery.
• Strong leadership and coordination capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end site operations, coordinating activities, materials, subcontractors and budget to deliver on time.
• Interpret drawings and specifications to anticipate on-site challenges and prevent delays.
• Lead safety initiatives, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain high-quality site operations.
• Coordinate with design and commercial teams, manage stakeholders, and drive performance on a fast-paced site.
