Job summary

Careeriser-Limited is seeking a Site Foreman in Donegal with proven experience in Irish residential construction. You will oversee subcontractors, manage day-to-day site operations, and ensure health & safety compliance and quality on all works.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will coordinate resources, monitor progress, and maintain thorough project documentation to support successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Irish residential construction.
• Responsibility for subcontractor management and site operations.
• Ensuring health & safety compliance on site.
• Quality assurance throughout projects.

Responsibilities

• Health & safety: Promote and maintain a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and site procedures.
• Programme Delivery: Review progress against schedules, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Site Management: Coordinate day-to-day site activities for efficient operations.
• Quality Management: Monitor workmanship, perform inspections, ensure compliance with specs.
• Subcontractor Coordination: Direct and manage subcontractors and suppliers safely and efficiently.
• Resource Planning: Organise labour, materials, plant, and equipment to maximise productivity.
• Construction Supervision: Oversee groundworks through final finishes and landscaping.
• Project Documentation: Keep records of workforce, materials, progress, inspections, and waste.
• Client & Team Liaison: Maintain communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, residents, and project team.
