Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd in Navan seeks a Site Foreman to lead on-site construction activities across multiple projects. You will manage day-to-day operations, drive safety culture and collaborate with subcontractors to deliver quality work on time.

You will monitor programmes and budgets, implement RAMS, and ensure compliance with HSQE standards while maintaining a positive client experience and a proactive, hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within the industry.
• Manual Handling and Safe Pass required.
• Basic understanding of Health and Safety standards and ability to uphold safety ethos.
• Ability to work on your own initiative, strong leadership and problem solving qualities.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and contribute to successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site teams to deliver multiple projects.
• Enforce HSQE policies and safety standards on-site.
• Be familiar with site programmes and budgets and manage day-to-day operations.
• Provide coverage for the project manager when required.
• Develop RAMS and complete safety paperwork including statutory inspections.
• Understand project design, specifications and client requirements.
• Drive and maintain standards for all site personnel and subcontractors.
• Identify and rectify defects promptly to avoid rework.
• Participate in site safety inspections and close out items identified.
• Ensure a positive client experience founded on collaboration and respect.
