Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd in Limerick is seeking a Mechanical Site Foreman to lead on-site mechanical works across multiple projects. The role requires supervising pipework, pumps and treatment equipment installations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates will have pharma site experience, strong leadership, and the ability to read mechanical drawings and P&IDs. The position offers a permanent, full-time on-site role with a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified mechanical craftsperson or plumber with relevant certifications.
• 5+ years in mechanical installation with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience on Pharma sites.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, P&IDs and specifications.
• Manual Handling and Safe Pass required.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all mechanical works on-site, including pipework installation and commissioning.
• Ensure HSQE standards and procedures are followed on-site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour to complete works safely and to a high standard.
• Monitor progress against programme and budget, and manage any overruns.
• Liaise with clients and site management to ensure project delivery.
• Provide coverage for the Project Manager when required.
• Contribute to RAMS and safety paperwork.
