O’Neill & Brennan is seeking an experienced Site Foreman (External Works) for a permanent role in Dublin City Centre. The successful candidate will oversee external works, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety and alignment with the project programme.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Foreman, Supervisor or similar site management role.
• Experience overseeing external works on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of external finishes, façades, cladding, roofing and associated construction activities.
• Experience working with a main contractor is desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills, with experience managing subcontractors and trades.
• Good understanding of Irish Building Regulations and health and safety requirements.

We are recruiting for an experienced Site Foreman (External Works) to join one of our clients on a construction project based in Dublin City Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating external works on site.
