O’Neill & Brennan seeks an experienced Site Foreman for an External Works role in Cork. The candidate will supervise external finishes, façades and cladding on a large-scale project, coordinating subcontractors to keep the programme on track.

The ideal applicant has strong leadership, a solid grasp of façade systems, and proven ability to read drawings and specifications, ensuring safety and quality on site.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Foreman, Supervisor or similar site-based role.
• Strong prior experience on façade and external works for large-scale construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.

• Supervise and coordinate all external works on site, ensuring activities are completed safely and in line with the project programme.
• Oversee subcontractors and trades involved in external finishes, façades, cladding, roofing, hard landscaping and associated works.
