Pivotal Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced External Supervisor / Foreman for a Dublin City Centre project. The role focuses on supervising external works, coordinating trades and maintaining safety and quality on site.

The position offers a permanent, full-time path within a leading main contractor’s team, with opportunities across commercial, residential, healthcare and education sectors in Dublin.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Foreman or supervisor role.
• Experience overseeing external works on large-scale construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.

Mansioni

• Supervise and coordinate all external works on site, ensuring safety and alignment with the programme.
• Oversee subcontractors and trades involved in external finishes, façades, cladding, roofing and related works.
• Manage daily site activities, ensuring labour, materials and equipment are available as needed.
• Coordinate external works with internal trades to avoid delays or disruptions.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity and quality of workmanship.
• Ensure works follow drawings, specs and building regulations.
• Carry out regular site inspections and resolve quality issues or defects.
• Work with Site Manager / Project Manager to meet milestones and plan sequencing.
