O’Neill & Brennan is seeking a Foreman (Civils) for a project in County Cork. The role focuses on supporting the Site Manager, overseeing finishing works, and ensuring top-quality workmanship on site.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or higher diploma in Construction Management or equivalent, strong civils experience, and excellent organisational and safety knowledge to maintain documentation and meet deadlines.

Formación

• Degree / Higher Diploma qualification in Construction Management and/ or equivalent trade qualification.
• Strong experience in civils type construction projects required.
• Groundworks experience essential.
• Excellent knowledge of trades.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail, particularly in site paperwork and reporting.
• Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards.
• An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.

Responsabilidades

O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting a Foreman on behalf of our client, to support their team on a Civils project located in County Cork.
