Job summary

INFORM3 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a residential civils and groundworks project in Kerry, Ireland. You will lead the site team, coordinate groundworks and site development, and ensure safety, quality, and programme compliance across the works.

The ideal candidate has proven site management experience on residential or civils projects, a strong grounding in groundworks, and holds Safe Pass and CSCS qualifications with a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential or civils projects.
• Strong background in groundworks and residential site development.
• Full driving licence and CSCS qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining day-to-day site operations and ensuring safety and quality.
• Plan and coordinate civils, groundworks and site development activities.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and plant to meet programme.
• Oversee roads, drainage, utilities, footpaths and infrastructure.
• Ensure works align with drawings, specifications and programme.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and the wider project team.
• Provide regular progress updates and manage resources.
