Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is assisting a top Civil Engineering contractor in sourcing a Site Foreman for a new residential project in Dublin. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, enforce health and safety standards, and coordinate trades to keep the programme on track.

The role requires a construction trade qualification or relevant experience, at least 4 years as Site Foreman in Ireland or the UK, strong technical detail, and excellent communication to lead the project and teams.

Qualifications

• Hold a Construction related Trade Qualification/Degree or possess relevant experience.
• At least 4 years’ Site Foreman experience in Ireland or the UK.
• Strong technical ability with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to lead the project and various trades.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining health and safety standards on site.
• Day-to-day management and coordination of the site.
• Maintaining daily site records
• Liaise with the commercial team in relation to progress and programme.
