Job summary

INFORM3 Recruitment are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to join a busy civil contractor delivering commercial and residential projects across Wicklow. You will take responsibility for day-to-day site coordination, labour, plant and subcontractors while ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a Site Foreman in civil engineering, with strong communication and leadership skills, and a valid Safe Pass.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Foreman in civil engineering/construction.
• Strong experience in groundworks and civil infrastructure.
• Experience on commercial and/or residential developments.
• Ability to read drawings and understand construction specs.
• Good understanding of setting out, levels and site sequencing.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and site activities.
• Safe Pass and relevant site qualifications.
• Full driving licence desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of health & safety on site.
• Assist with setting out and levels where required.
• Ensure the site is kept organised and works are progressing to schedule.

INFORM3 are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to join a busy civil engineering contractor delivering a range of commercial and residential projects across Wicklow.

This is a hands‑on site‑based role suited to an experienced Foreman who can take responsibility for the day‑to‑day coordination of site operations, labour, plant and subcontractors while ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.
