Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking a Site Foreman for a residential project in North Dublin. The role covers health and safety on site, day-to-day site management and coordination, and maintaining records.

You will liaise with the commercial team on progress and programme, while working closely with management in a professional environment. The ideal candidate holds a construction-related qualification or degree (or has relevant experience) and has strong communication and leadership

Qualifications

• Hold a construction-related trade qualification or degree, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years’ Site Foreman experience in Ireland or the UK.
• Strong technical ability with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to lead the project and trades.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health and safety standards on site.
• Day-to-day management and coordination of the site.
• Maintain daily site records.
• Liaise with the commercial team regarding progress and programme.
• Work closely with management in a professional environment.
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties as required.

My client, a top Civil Engineering contractor are now searching for a Site Foreman for a new residential project in North Dublin.

Role:

• Maintaining daily site records
• Liaise with the commercial team in relation to progress and programme.
• Work closely with our management team in a professional and friendly work environment.
• Other ad-hoc duties
