Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S in Athlone, Ireland, is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to support the Athlone Expansion programme during maternity leave. You will help keep a complex site expansion moving, coordinating stakeholders, communications and activities across the portfolio.

You will work with the Head of Athlone Expansions and teams, arranging meetings, tracking progress and ensuring priorities stay aligned.

Qualifications

Experience in project coordination or administrative support in fast-paced environments.
Strong organisation and prioritisation skills with deadlines and stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication for updates and materials.
Ability to work with senior leaders and external partners while maintaining confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Collaborative approach across teams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate information, communications and activities across the expansion portfolio.
Provide meetings logistics, agendas, minutes and follow-ups.
Support site master plan communications and stakeholder plans.
Liaise with Site Communications Partner and site functions for updates.
Engage with community stakeholders, regulators and contractors.
Provide high-quality administrative support to the Head of Athlone Expansions.
Coordinate site visits and travel arrangements.
