Job summary

FT Workforce is recruiting Site Engineers for long-term, permanent positions across the Southwest of Ireland, with projects mainly in Cork and surrounding counties. Roles range from junior to 5+ years’ experience, offering career progression and a company van where applicable.

We welcome graduates to seasoned professionals with civil and site supervision background. Accommodation may be provided when travel is required, and a formal engineering qualification is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Formal engineering qualification preferred but not essential.
• Strong experience in site supervision, construction supervision, civil construction or a similar role.
• Knowledge of construction processes and site operations.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support site teams on projects across Cork, Limerick, Kerry and Clare.
• Assist with daily site operations, including coordination between trades and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and project plans.
