Job summary

E-Frontiers is seeking a technically strong Bid Writer to join the Galway team. This role suits an experienced Engineer transitioning from site to a permanent, office-based bid-writing position, blending construction knowledge with high-quality proposal writing.

You’ll be part of a collaborative Bid Team, delivering tailored proposals within tight deadlines, and contributing to the company’s reputation for safety, innovation and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in construction or engineering, ideally with a technical/site background.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good understanding of construction methodologies and project programming.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documentation and develop detailed, tailored proposals.
• Write clear, compelling and technically accurate bid submissions.
• Apply a strong understanding of construction methodologies and programming.
• Work collaboratively with the wider Bid Team to deliver submissions within strict deadlines.
• Ensure all tender requirements are thoroughly reviewed and addressed.
