Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in bid writing or proposal development for public or private sector tenders.
• Excellent written and editing skills with ability to translate technical information into persuasive content.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of public procurement processes and tender evaluation criteria.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, edit and proofread high-quality content for tender submissions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical information and convert it into clear, compelling bid responses.
• Produce and maintain project data sheets, staff CVs, capability statements and other supporting documentation.
• Ensure all content aligns with Designer Group's brand, tone of voice and quality standards.
• Support the continuous improvement of bid content by maintaining a library of standard responses and reusable content.
• Work closely with Business Development, Operations and technical teams to capture project information and client success stories.
• Review tender documentation to ensure written responses fully address client requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Assist with the preparation of presentation materials and other business development documentation where required.
