Job summary

Designer Group is seeking a skilled Bid Content Writer to join our international M&E team in Dublin. Your role will be to craft compelling tender submissions, data sheets and capability statements, translating complex technical information into clear client-focused content.

You will collaborate with the Bid, Business Development and Technical teams to gather information, maintain content libraries and ensure all responses meet brand, tone and quality standards for public and private sector bids.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bid writing, proposal development or technical content writing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, edit and proofread high-quality content for tender submissions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical information and convert it into clear, compelling bid responses.
• Produce and maintain project data sheets, staff CVs, capability statements and other supporting documentation.
• Ensure all content aligns with Designer Group's brand, tone of voice and quality standards.
• Support the continuous improvement of bid content by maintaining a library of standard responses and reusable content.
• Work closely with Business Development, Operations and technical teams to capture project information and client success stories.
• Review tender documentation to ensure written responses fully address client requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Assist with the preparation of presentation materials and other business development documentation where required.
• Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
