Job summary

Evara Ireland is seeking a qualified Site Engineer to join a dedicated team on residential development projects in Dublin. The role involves hands-on site work under the Site Manager, with a focus on setting out, quality control and coordination.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in site engineering, strong AutoCAD skills, and experience with Procore or Zutec. You will contribute to safety, project programs, and effective collaboration with design and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Hold relevant construction/engineering qualification.
• 3+ years as a site engineer on large-scale residential developments.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and document control systems (Procore, Zutec).
• Knowledge of BCAR processes and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Report to Snr Engineer and support Site/Project Manager.
• Set out using total station and GPS for control points and alignment.
• Review drawings and update as-built records in AutoCAD.
• Record and monitor materials testing.
• Liaise with design consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage RAMS, 4-week lookahead programmes and RFIs.
