Job summary

STRIVE Search is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a large-scale residential development in South Dublin. You will oversee setting out, surveying, and quality control on site, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring work is delivered to programme.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years’ site engineering experience in residential construction, a degree in Civil Engineering or construction-related field, and a strong background in setting out and technical engineering.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ Site Engineering experience, with a strong residential construction background.
• Strong setting out and technical engineering experience.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee setting out, surveying and quality control on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered to programme.
• Review drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
• Liaise with Site Managers, Project Managers and design teams.
• Monitor site progress and ensure high standards of Health & Safety and quality.
• Resolve technical issues and support the delivery of the project.
