Job summary

GreenC Marine Ltd, based in Kerry, is seeking a motivated Site Engineer to join a growing marine civil engineering team. The role combines office and site duties, approximately a 50/50 split, supporting the project manager from pre-works through to safe on-site delivery.

Applicants should hold a Civil Engineering degree with 2+ years of relevant experience. Marine experience is desirable but not essential; driving licence and permissions to work in Ireland and the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Marine Civil Engineering experience is desirable but not essential.
• 2+ years Civil Engineering project experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager with tender preparation, pre-start planning and organisation.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and health, safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Set out and quality assurance management.
• Assist in preparing method statements, risk assessments, site inductions and toolbox talks.
