Job summary

Global Professional Consultants in Ireland is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join their civil team in Laois. You will manage setting out, site surveying, and daily site tasks across multiple infrastructure projects, ensuring drawings are followed and records are kept.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and at least two years' recent experience in Ireland or the UK, with proficiency in GPS, total station, and AutoCAD; a pension, phone, and laptop are provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 2 years' recent experience on Civil Engineering projects in Ireland or the UK.
• Knowledge of setting out equipment including GPS, site engineer level and total station.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Experience on civil infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Setting out and site surveying across multiple projects.

• Assisting the procurement department.
• Assisting the commercial department.
• Completing SHEQ forms and tracking site records.

They have experience in all aspects of Civil Engineering, Construction, Motorway Service Stations, Site Development, Demolition, Sports Pitch Development and Land Drainage. The successful candidate will be working on multiple civil infrastructure projects.
