Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all engineering aspects of the site, ensuring that work is carried out to the highest standards, in line with project specifications and quality standards.
• Liaise with the Project Manager, subcontractors, and other site staff to ensure the smooth running of the site.
• Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring all works are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety, and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage and report on site progress, including work schedules and resource allocation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site staff.
• Liaise with the design team to resolve technical issues and ensure efficient project delivery.
• Maintain detailed site records and reports, ensuring all documentation is up to date.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working on residential construction projects, with at least 2 years in a senior engineering role.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in site engineering and construction processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
• Full driving license.
