Job summary

3D Personnel is seeking a Site Engineer for projects in Dublin and West Dublin, including commercial construction and residential/apartments. The role involves setting-out from drawings, site surveys, managing site workforce, and coordinating with clients and design teams.

Required are a relevant third level qualification and a minimum of 3 years’ site experience, plus strong interpersonal and communication skills. Health and safety and quality standards are a priority on all works.

Responsibilities

• Setting-out from engineers’ drawings, site surveys, as-built drawings
• Reading and interpreting drawings for layouts, materials measure etc
• Management of subcontractors/general workforce on site
• Planning works in an efficient manner to ensure programme targets are achieved
• Liaise with client’s representatives and Design Team members as appropriate
• Ensure that all works are carried out to the highest Health and Safety standards
• Ensure work is carried out to the highest of quality standards
• Monitoring and recording of materials on site
• Record keeping and reporting

A Tier 1 Main Contractor with a healthy pipeline of work in Dublin and West Dublin are on the lookout for a Site Engineer. Projects include Commercial Construction and residential/Apartments.

Duties:

• Setting-out from engineers’ drawings, site surveys, as-built drawings
• Reading and interpreting drawings for layouts, materials measure etc
• Management of subcontractors/general workforce on site
• Planning works in an efficient manner to ensure programme targets are achieved
• Liaise with client’s representatives and Design Team members as appropriate
• Ensure that all works are carried out to the highest Health and Safety standards
• Ensure work is carried out to the highest of quality standards
• Monitoring and recording of materials on site
• Record keeping and reporting

Requirements:
