Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is hiring a Site Agent for the Castleknock office and M50 sites in Dublin. You will take overall responsibility for the delivery of civils works on site and manage engineers, foremen, crews and subcontractors to keep projects on track.

The role focuses on driving programme, cost, quality and health and safety performance, while coordinating with the client, designers and authorities. Salary ranges from €95,000 to €115,000, with long-term security and clear career progression

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
• 10+ years' experience on civil engineering projects, including at Agent level.
• Strong commercial awareness; design & build experience an advantage.
• Proven team leadership and planning skills.
• Full driving licence.
