Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd seeks a Site Agent for a long-term civil engineering role in Dublin, overseeing civils works on site across Luas and motorway maintenance projects. The position carries a salary in the €95,000–€115,000 range and offers oversight across sites in Castleknock and M50 corridors.

Applicants should have a Civil Engineering degree and 10+ years on civil projects, including agent-level experience, with strong leadership and commercial awareness. Driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Commercial awareness and ability to manage costs and quality on civils projects.
• Able to coordinate with engineers, foremen, crews and subcontractors.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to operate across sites.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for delivery of civils works on site.
• Manage engineers, foremen, crews and subcontractors to meet programme and budgets.
• Drive programme, cost, quality and health & safety performance.
• Collaborate with QS team to manage commercial performance and change.
• Liaise with client, designers and local authorities to resolve issues.
• Report progress and risks to senior management.
