Job summary

BSS Building Staff Solutions Limited is recruiting two Civil Site Engineers for a multi-year Dublin transport infrastructure programme. You will supervise and run works on site, coordinating with foremen, crews and subcontractors, and take technical responsibility for your section.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and around 3 years on heavy civil projects, with a clear path to Site Agent. A full driving licence and a company vehicle are provided along with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Around 3 years experience on heavy civil engineering project
• Experience ordering and scheduling materials and raising RFIs
• Able to plan and programme works
• A stable work history, with real time spent on each project
• Full clean driving licence

Responsibilities

• Supervise and run works on site day to day across framework sites
• Plan and programme works and keep them on track
• Order and schedule materials so crews have what they need on the day
• Raise and track RFIs with the design team and client

Salary: 55,000 to 65,000 DOE, plus company vehicle & benefits

Our client is an Irish heavy civils contractor with over 40 years delivering road, rail and bridge infrastructure. They are recruiting two Site Engineers for a multi-year programme of major transport infrastructure works across Dublin, supervising and running works on site with technical responsibility for their own section. The roles suit engineers with around three years experience who are ready to take on the supervision of works, with a clear path through to Site Agent. Both roles come with a company vehicle and a strong benefits package.
