Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is hiring a Site Agent for the Castleknock office and M50 sites in Dublin. You will take overall responsibility for the delivery of civils works on site and manage engineers, foremen, crews and subcontractors to keep projects on track.

The role focuses on driving programme, cost, quality and health and safety performance, while coordinating with the client, designers and authorities. Salary ranges from €95,000 to €115,000, with long-term security and clear career progression

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
• 10+ years' experience on civil engineering projects, including at Agent level.
• Strong commercial awareness; design & build experience an advantage.
• Proven team leadership and planning skills.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for delivery of the civils works on site.
• Manage engineers, foremen, crews and subcontractors.
• Drive programme, cost, quality and health & safety performance.
• Manage commercial performance with the QS team, including change.
• Liaise with the client, designers and local authorities.
• Report progress and risks to senior management.
