Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is currently seeking a Site Agent to lead a civils project in Waterford. You will manage engineers, foremen and subcontractors on site, delivering on programme, cost, quality and safety.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, has 10+ years' civil experience at agent level, strong commercial awareness and proven leadership. A full driving licence is required.

Salary range €90,000–€110,000 with long-term career progression and a strong project pipeline.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
• 10+ years' experience on civil engineering projects, including at Agent level.
• Strong commercial awareness; design & build experience an advantage.
• Proven team leadership and planning skills.
• Full driving licence.
