Bathshack in Dublin is seeking a proactive Showroom Sales Executive to join our busy Dublin team. You will welcome customers, understand their needs, offer expert product advice, and guide them through proposals and orders in-store and over the phone.

This role includes full training via the Bathshack Academy, driven by a target-focused culture with uncapped bonus potential and progression opportunities. Flexible hours may be required, including late openings and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or showroom sales environment is preferred.
• Ability to use MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in a friendly, timely manner.
• Ask questions to uncover customer needs and tailor advice.
• Assist with bathroom product queries and provide guidance.
• Produce customer proposals and process orders.
• Increase sales and contribute to targets and growth.
• Exceed sales targets and keep lead sheets up to date.
• Follow up customer leads by phone and address objections.
• Handle telephone orders and provide excellent in-store service.
• Follow up after installation to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop product knowledge and stay up to date with new Bathshack offerings.

Are you an energetic and enthusiastic individual with a knack for sales? Our Dublin Showroom team are super busy and need another executive who wants to develop their retail sales career in style!

This isn’t just any sales job – we are looking to fill a key role in our thriving Dublin team to support our customers to get the bathroom of their dreams!

You bring the drive and motivation - and we will give you the knowledge!

Full training will be provided and our Bathshack Academy will give you the product knowledge to go alongside learning from experienced team members on site.

A Bit About The Role….

• Welcome our customers in a friendly and timely manner when they enter the store.
• Ask the right questions to uncover and understand customer needs
• Assist customers with their bathroom product queries and offer advice.
• Produce customer proposals.
• Process orders.
• Increase sales and profitable growth in line with company targets.
• Exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Keep sales lead sheets up to date.
• Follow up customer leads in a timely manner by phone.
• Effectively overcome any potential objections.
• Process telephone orders.
• Provide excellent customer service on telephone and in store.
• Follow up with customers after completion of bathroom installation to ensure they are fully satisfied.
• Develop a good understanding of all the Bathshack product range and keep up to date with new products.

• Experience in the use of MS office (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Willing to develop a great knowledge of sales and the sales process.

• Ability to work on your own initiative once trained and confident.
• Able to work during late night opening and Saturdays where required

It would be advantageous for you to have…..

• Experience in a similar role within a retail environment
• Extensive experience and confidence in the use of IT

Our Pay Structure

We believe great performance should be recognised and rewarded. Our Showroom Sales Executives benefit from a clear salary structure with uncapped bonus and regular progression opportunities.

• Band 1: €32,500 + uncapped bonus
• Band 2: €35,000 + uncapped bonus
• Band 3: €37,500+ uncapped bonus

New starters begin on Band 1 during a 6‑month probation period. Progression is reviewed every 6 months thereafter, with movement through the bands based on performance and agreed criteria.
