Job summary

TileStyle in Ballymount, Dublin, is seeking a Bathroom Sales Specialist to blend design flair with sales expertise, guiding customers from concept to order and delivery. You will help clients create beautiful bathrooms that reflect their style and function in daily life.

You?ll work with layouts, finishes, and fittings, preparing quotations and presenting stocked and in-house products while building lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• At least two years’ experience in proactive, target-driven bathroom retail.
• Strong communication and admin skills, with the ability to listen carefully, explain options clearly, and build customer confidence.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several customer projects and orders at different stages.
• Confident in preparing quotations, following up on enquiries and converting opportunities.
• Demonstrates a practical approach to problem-solving and a positive, collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the TileStyle showroom, take an interest in their ideas and respond professionally to enquiries.
• Help customers develop their dream bathroom design, giving advice on layouts, product combinations, materials and finishes that suit their preferences, practical needs and budget.
• Prepare accurate, clearly presented quotations.
• Introduce relevant stocked, bespoke and in-house collections, recommending complementary products that bring the bathroom design to life.
• Follow up on quotations, answer queries and build relationships that support sales and repeat custom.
• Monitor your orders, coordinate delivery timelines and keep customers informed as their project progresses.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
• Maintain well-presented showroom displays and support merchandising that helps customers imagine the products in their own homes.

Role Overview

This customer-facing role combines bathroom design, product advice and relationship-building, with responsibility for achieving sales targets.

You will guide your customers from their first conversation through to design, product selection, order and delivery. Understanding their priorities, ideas and budget will be central to your approach, alongside attentive service and clear communication along the journey.

What We’re Looking For

You will enjoy both the creative and commercial sides of bathroom retail: exploring ideas with customers, finding suitable solutions and following each opportunity through to the end.

You will bring:

• At least two years’ experience in proactive, target-driven bathroom retail.
• An eye for bathroom design and an understanding of how layouts, materials, finishes and fittings work beautifully together.
• Strong communication and admin skills, with the ability to listen carefully, explain options clearly, and build customer confidence.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several customer projects and orders at different stages.
• Confidence in preparing quotations, following up on enquiries and converting opportunities.

Experience in sanitaryware, interiors or construction-related product sales would be an advantage.
