Job summary

Supermac’s Carrickmacross is seeking a Supervisor to manage daily operations and lead the restaurant team. The role covers evenings and weekends in a fast-paced setting, with responsibility for service quality and staff development.

The successful candidate will supervise teammates, train staff, coordinate in-store promotions, and work closely with the Store Manager to maintain high standards of customer care and operational efficiency at Supermac’s Carrickmacross.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality or food-service team is preferred.
• Able to work across shifts, including weekends.
• Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of the shift
• Work closely with Store Manager to deliver amazing service every day
• Supervise the activities of team members daily and ensure tasks meet high standards
• Always be 100% focused on the customer and your team
• Be hands-on and lead from the front, developing your team
• Train the team on all aspects of Supermac’s operations
• Coordinate in-store sales and promotions
• Assist the store manager as appropriate in employee relations
