Job summary

Supermac’s in Tipperary Town Plaza is seeking a Retail Supervisor (full-time) to support the Retail & Forecourt manager and area manager in delivering store targets through effective operations and people management. You will supervise the retail team, ensure excellent customer service, manage stock, merchandising, cash handling, and reporting to head office, while guiding performance and onboarding.

This role requires flexibility during peak periods and a hands-on approach to improve store

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the retail sales team.
• Ensure high-quality, consistent customer service at all times.
• Delegate tasks and communicate with the sales team.
• Oversee induction and training of employees.
• Support recruitment and performance management of staff.
• Coordinate in-store merchandising and promotions.
• Manage cash handling, tills, and financial reporting.
• Maintain stock control, wastage reduction, and stock takes.
• Ensure compliance with Labour Law, HACCP, and safety policies.
