Job summary

Supermac’s Carrickmacross is seeking a Supervisor to manage daily operations and lead the restaurant team. The role covers evenings and weekends in a fast-paced setting, with responsibility for service quality and staff development.

The successful candidate will supervise teammates, train staff, coordinate in-store promotions, and work closely with the Store Manager to maintain high standards of customer care and operational efficiency at Supermac’s Carrickmacross.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality or food-service team is preferred.
• Able to work across shifts, including weekends.
• Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.

Please note this is a full-time position that requires complete availability to work any shift on weekdays and weekends.

JOB PURPOSE:

The Supervisor provides ongoing support to the General Manager to ensure that the restaurant meets or exceeds the targets established for their unit. The Supervisors work as a team with training coordinators and unit-level staff. The Supervisor reports to the General Manager. The General Manager provides ongoing support and development, and various management duties will be delegated as necessary. The Supervisor is fully responsible for the customers, staff, operations, and cash on their shift and will be held accountable to ensure that company policy is met in each area.

THE JOB:

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Fast-paced “non-stop” environment. Physically demanding at times due to certain requirements and the level of the business, quality of staff, quantity of staff, preparedness for business demands, etc. Certain business volumes necessitate prolonged periods without sitting down.
