Supermac's is seeking a full-time Supervisor for Headford Town, Co. Galway.

The role involves supporting the General Manager, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment in Headford Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for shift leadership, staff training, in-store promotions, and working closely with the Store Manager to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Legal right to work in Ireland required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Availability to work weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of the shift.
• Work closely with Store Manager to deliver amazing service every day.
• Supervise the activities of team members daily and ensure necessary tasks are completed to meet high standards.
• Always be 100% focused on the customer and your team around you.
• Hands-on and leading from the front, developing your team.
• Training the team on all aspects of Supermac’s operations.
• Coordinate in-store sales and promotions.
• Assist the store manager as appropriate in employee relations.
