Job summary

Mondelēz International in Coolock, Dublin, seeks a senior manufacturing engineering leader to drive asset reliability, safety, and continuous improvement across site operations. You will lead maintenance managers and technical specialists, ensuring 100% compliance with QHSE standards and regulatory requirements.

The role requires strategic governance, a multi-year engineering roadmap, and partnership with stakeholders to achieve SQCDSE goals, OEE improvements and cost control.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing managers in a fast-paced manufacturing/CPG setting.
• Proven ability to operate within unionised environments with negotiation skills.
• Strong business acumen and financial literacy for budgets and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead direct-report maintenance managers and technical specialists for safety and reliability.
• Own the Asset Maintenance program and drive uptime and efficiency across assets.
• Develop and execute multi-year engineering roadmap with SQCDSE targets.
